We specialize in the 200-Hour Roots of Hatha Yoga Course , designed to meet international standards while delivering a transformative and enriching experience.
The course follows a thoughtfully structured daily routine that includes over 8 hours of immersive yoga practice and study. Alongside your training, you’ll enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals, carefully crafted using Ayurvedic principles to support your physical and mental well-being throughout the journey.
